Od 2018 roku festiwal Voicingers podróżuje. Jak dotąd odwiedziliśmy 15 krajów Europy i Azji. Te nasze podróże i przygody owocują ciągłymi odkryciami.
Jednym z nich jest kawa, którą pokochaliśmy w Wietnamie.
Uprawiana na silnie nasłonecznionych terenach Płaskowyżu Centralnego ma silny góralsko-tropikalny charakter. Swoją moc kawa zawdzięcza robuście zbieranej na niżej położonych partiach płaskowyżu w okolicach Buôn Ma Thuột i Bảo Lộc. Smaku kawie nadaje arabica z okolic Đà Lạt.
W skład mieszanki wchodzi też palona kukurydza, dzięki której kawa nabiera gęstej, czekoladowej konsystencji oraz dodatek soli, nadający naparowi karmelowego posmaku. Kawa w Wietnamie tradycyjnie podawana jest z cukrem lub ze słodkim, zagęszczonym mlekiem.

Voicingers Festival has been on the move with Voicingers On Tour for the last 6 years, making it so far to more than 15 countries in Europe and Asia.
During these numerous travels and adventures our team has discovered, learned and experienced different ways and traditions.
One of them being this coffee we fell in love with in Vietnam.
A coffee grown in the sunny regions of the Central Highlands with a strong highland-tropical character. Its strength comes from the robusta coffee harvested in the lower parts of the plateau around Buôn Ma Thuột and Bảo Lộc and its flavor is partly given by arabica beans coming from the Đà Lạt area.
This unique blend also includes roasted corn, giving the coffee a thick, chocolatey consistency, and a pinch of salt, which adds a caramel flavor to the brew.
Come and experience Vietnamese coffee, the traditional way with our Vietnamese volunteer Jot, a member of the Koho tribe living in the highest parts of the Central Highlands. She will be preparing us authentic Vietnamese coffee in the traditional way before, during, or after the concerts.
