Polski perkusista, kompozytor. W 2015 roku ukończył licencjat z perkusji klasycznej w krakowskiej Akademii Muzycznej, rok pózniej rozpoczął studia jazzowe w Conservatorium van Amsterdam, a w 2020 roku uzyskał tytuł magistra Akademii Muzycznej w Katowicach na wydziale jazzu. Jest laureatem wielu konkursów ogólnopolskich i międzynarodowych (m. in. European Solo Competition for Brass and Percussion Instruments w Szkocji, Jazz Juniors, Internationalen Marimba – Wettbewerb w Niemczech), występował na festiwalach muzycznych w kraju i za granicą (m. in. Warszawska Jesień, Internationale Ferienkurse fur Neue Musik, Warsaw Summer Jazz Days). Otrzymał stypendium rektora Akademii Muzycznej w Krakowie, Ministra Edukacji Narodowej oraz Sapere Auso. W 2013 roku zdobył nagrodę Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego, rok później zadebiutował jako solista z Orkiestrą Symfoniczną Filharmonii Kaliskiej. Po rozwinięciu swojej kariery jako perkusista klasyczny zwrócił swoją uwagę w stronę jazzu i muzyki rozrywkowej. Angażuje się w wielu zespołach o zróżnicowanej stylistyce koncertując w kraju i za granicą. w 2019 roku odbył trasę po Chinach w trio pianisty Pawła Kaczmarczyka, a w 2020 roku wyjechał na semestr do Republiki Środkowoafrykańskiej uczyć w African Music School – szkole muzycznej założonej przez misjonarza Benedykta Pączkę pod hasłem “Instrumenty zamiast broni”. Po powrocie do Polski założył swój własny projekt “Superminimalism”, w którym realizuje pomysły jako lider zespołu i kompozytor, a także otrzymał prestiżowe stypendium Ministra Kultury, Dziedzictwa Narodowego i Sportu “Młoda Polska”. Oprócz muzyki na co dzień zajmuje się również sztukami plastycznymi.

In 2015 graduated with a bachelor’s degree in classical percussion at the Academy of Music in Krakow. A year later he began jazz studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and in 2020 he received a master’s degree at the Academy of Music in Katowice in the jazz department. He is a laureate of many national and international competitions (e.g. European Solo Competition for Brass and Percussion Instruments in Scotland, Jazz Juniors, Internationalen Marimba – Wettbewerb in Germany), performed at music festivals in Poland and abroad (e.g. Warsaw Autumn, Internationale Ferienkurse fur Neue Musik, Warsaw Summer Jazz Days). He received a scholarship from the rector of the Academy of Music in Krakow, the Ministry of National Education, and Sapere Auso Foundation. In 2013, he won the award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and a year later he made his debut as a soloist with the Calisia Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra. After developing his career as a classical drummer, he turned his attention to jazz and popular music. He is involved in many bands of various styles, playing concerts in the country and abroad. in 2019 he went on a China tour with Paweł Kaczmarczyk Trio. In 2020 he went to the Central African Republic for a semester to teach at the African Music School – a music school founded by the missionary Benedykt Pączka under the slogan “Instruments instead of weapons”, in a country torn by hunger and war. After returning to Poland, he founded his own project “superminimalism”, in which he implements ideas as a band leader and composer, and also received the prestigious scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage “Młoda Polska”. In addition to music, he also deals with fine arts on a daily basis.
