Tamara Lukasheva urodziła się w 1988 roku w Odessie na Ukrainie. W latach 2003–2007 studiowała w Konserwatorium w Odessie, a w latach 2010–2015 w Hochschule für Musik und Tanz w Kolonii, gdzie obecnie mieszka. Tamara jest wysoko cenioną artystką. W 2021 roku otrzymała WDR Jazzpreis (Nagrodę Jazzową Zachodnioniemieckiego Nadawcy) w kategorii »Kompozycja«. W 2018 roku została laureatką stypendium Horsta i Gretl Will oraz Kolonia Jazz Award, uznana za »wyjątkowo wszechstronną i kreatywną muzyczkę«. W 2017 roku zdobyła New German Jazz Award w Mannheim. Tamara Lukasheva was born in 1988 in Odessa, Ukraine. From 2003 to 2007, she studied at the Odessa Conservatory, and from 2010 to 2015, at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne, where she currently resides. In her solo project, she musically interprets German poetry, taking on the roles of singer, pianist, and composer simultaneously.
Tamara is a highly acclaimed artist. In 2021, she received the WDR Jazzpreis (West German Broadcasting Jazz Award) in the category of »Composition«. In 2018, she was awarded the Horst and Gretl Will Scholarship and the Cologne Jazz Award, recognized as an »exceptionally versatile and imaginative musician«. In 2017, she received the New German Jazz Award in Mannheim. In 2016, she won the Bujazzo Composition Competition and placed second with her quartet at the »Keep an Eye« Jazz Awards in Amsterdam.
An accomplished performer, bandleader, and composer, Tamara kicks ass both as a vocalist and pianist.
